Your main responsibilities

1. Talent Growth

• Support recruitment from sourcing and screening to interviews and candidate evaluation.
• Work with team leads to understand what good performance looks like for each role.
• Support onboarding, role-based learning, and employee development.
• Track learning and performance signals to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Improve recruitment and learning activities based on feedback and actual results.

2. Knowledge Management

• Work with team leads and internal experts to capture useful knowledge and working practices.
• Organize knowledge into clear guides, resources, learning materials, or internal systems.
• Help keep important knowledge updated, easy to find, and reusable across the company.
• Reduce dependence on knowledge that only exists in one person’s head.

3. Support BA for AI Workforce projects

You do not need to be an experienced Business Analyst or know how to code.

Your role is to be curious and learn how people actually work.

You will:

• Talk with users to understand their workflow, decisions, and pain points.
• Help break work into smaller steps, rules, examples, and expected results.
• Organize what you learn into clear information for the Automation team.
• Help test AI tools with real cases and user feedback.
• Learn why a system works or fails and support improvements over time.

The goal is to help us turn human knowledge into something that can be understood, reused, and supported by AI.
