Help us show what kind of place people are joining

At F.Learning Studio, we do not just hire to fill seats. We hire people who can help us think better, build better, and turn complex ideas into work that is clear, useful, and impactful.

That means employer branding here is not about “looking cool online.” It is about helping the right people understand who we are, how we work, and why this place may fit them.

That is where you come in.

We are looking for an Internal Communication Intern to support our employer branding and recruitment activities — someone who is organized, thoughtful, proactive, and excited about turning real team moments into meaningful communication.

1. Your mission

You help us go from:

“We are probably a good place to work” → “People can clearly see our culture, energy, and way of working.”

You will support both employer branding and recruitment execution — with a stronger focus on communication, culture content, and talent attraction storytelling.

2. What your days will look like

You support employer branding in real life
  1. Help prepare recruitment posts, hiring content, and simple internal materials.
  2. Collect and organize photos, stories, team moments, and other useful inputs for talent attraction content.
  3. Format and prepare content for recruitment platforms and social channels.
  4. Support the team in showing our culture in a way that feels honest, clear, and not cringe.

This is your core responsibility

You help recruitment move forward
  1. Post and update job openings on the right channels.
  2. Support candidate communication and follow-up.
  3. Coordinate interview schedules and recruitment updates.
  4. Help maintain candidate trackers and hiring records.
  5. Support the hiring process so communication feels smooth and professional.
You keep communication materials organized
  1. Maintain folders, templates, content drafts, and asset libraries.
  2. Follow simple workflows so tasks and content move correctly and on time.
  3. Spot missing information, unclear communication, or outdated materials early.
  4. Support simple internal communication or culture-sharing activities when needed.

3. The kind of person who thrives here

You do not need to be an Internal Comm expert. You do need to be someone who is reliable, organized, and good at turning clear instructions into clean execution.

You are likely a fit if you:
  • Enjoy communication, storytelling, or content preparation.
  • Notice interesting moments, team culture, or human details.
  • Can organize messy information into something clear and usable.
  • Communicate clearly and politely.
  • Want to learn how employer branding and recruitment work in a real business setting.
  • Are curious about people, culture, hiring, and how teams grow.
Your background helps if you have
  • A Bachelor’s degree or are in your final year in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Basic experience with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, or similar tools.
  • English reading and writing skills.
  • A responsible working style and good follow-through.
  • Interest in recruitment, employer branding, talent development, or workplace culture.
Bonus points if you
  • Have supported content posting, social communication, or simple branding activities before.
  • Are curious about using AI tools to work faster and more clearly.
  • Enjoy turning ideas, photos, or raw inputs into clear communication materials.

4. Why us

  • Work with our clients (99% are foreign organizations/companies in many different industries) to have opportunities to improve your intercultural skills.
  • Salary: Negotiable with 13th-month salary and bonus based on performance.
  • Holidays bonus: International Workers’ Day, Vietnam’s National Day, Lunar New Year.
  • 12 leave days & 4 sick leave days per year
  • Performance review every year.
  • Annual periodic health examination.
  • Insurance packages for employees include social insurance and premium health insurance.
  • Funded break-release twice a year and other interesting events.
  • A comfortable working space that supports thoughts wandering, ideas seeking, and freedom inspiring.
  • Working hours: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm (including 1.5 hours for lunch break).
