- Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to support their long-term goals.
- Consult on diverse projects, including learning course development, animation production, web design, graphic design and marketing solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and our service offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, L&D and marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high client retention rates.
- How to overcome the challenges:
- Proven sales experience or strong potential in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to connect with clients and close deals.
- Consultative approach with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Strong learning ability – must quickly grasp our services, industry trends, and client challenges.
- Positive mindset and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client demands and challenges.
- Flexibility and adaptability to consult on diverse projects across various industries.
- Experience in e-learning, animation, digital marketing, or creative industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
