We are recruiting an Account Executive with a strong sales mindset to drive revenue growth for F.Learning Studio.

This role focuses on converting opportunities into signed projects, while actively building and qualifying a steady pipeline through outreach and market engagement. You will represent F.Learning in early conversations, discovery calls, and proposal discussions - turning client needs into clear, value-driven solutions across learning design, animation, and visual communication services.

1. Your Daily Responsibilities:

Sales & Account Ownership

  • Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a consultative seller, translating client pain points into clear, outcome-driven solutions as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to support their long-term goals.
  • Drive deal momentum to efficiently close projects while managing and growing assigned accounts through upsell opportunities, and long-term client trust.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and our service offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, L&D and marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Apply AI tools and smart prompts to improve how you support and advise clients.

Business Development & Pipeline Growth

  • Research and define micro-segments within training, communication, and healthcare market to design test offers and outreach messages for mini-outreach campaigns
  • Run discovery calls to validate problems, uncover real needs, and help frame early-stage solutions.
  • Track responses and update CRM accurately to continuously improve messages.

  • Bearing strong potential in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Having strong communication skills, has interests in communications and negotiations.
  • Having systems thinking & experiment-first mindset, who’s not discouraged by rejection or failure. 
  • Strong curiosity about markets and buyer behavior with analytical thinking and structured problem-solving. 

YOUR skill and experiences:

  • Having a Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business management, or relevant at a foreign institution is an advantage. 
  • Excellent verbal and written in English since you will be working with international clients.
  • Flexible in work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team.
  • Being open-minded, result-driven, and self-motivated.
